      Ive recently tried to cut out desserts from my diet. Im always after that sweet craving. Especially with my cuppa! I started making bliss balls and they have been taking my craving away 😊 will have to try some of these as other alternatives throughout the day

      Healthy snacking is SO my thing! It’s really important to eat a little something when hunger sets in. However, I have never heard of this Vitamin water so I am seriously gonna have to try it! Sounds delicious!

      I’m a die hard dried fruit and nut mix girl :-). I’m always trying to make sure that my snacks are wholesome, especially because I have young kids and the pantry is full of kid friendly snacks which aren’t friendly to my waistline.
